Background
Network RV was founded in July 2014 by Joe Markovic, who had a passion for the caravan industry and an innovative vision centred on CNC-manufactured European-style furniture systems. Joe spent significant time in Europe, particularly Germany, learning advanced furniture manufacturing techniques and business models. He saw an opportunity to apply these strategies to the Australian caravan market, starting Network RV initially as a furniture fit-out operation for the caravan industry before pivoting to full caravan manufacturing.
The company has grown rapidly, expanding from a single brand to owning and manufacturing four caravan brands: Network RV Caravans, Victory Caravans, NextGen Caravans, and Vancraft Caravans. Joe has also invested in Elite Caravans and has explored overseas expansion.
Ownership & Structure
Network RV is Australian-owned with Joe Markovic as Founder & CEO. The company operates a multi-brand strategy with four distinct brands under the Network RV umbrella. Each brand targets a different market segment, from entry-level to premium off-road. The four brands share a factory.
Manufacturing
Network RV operates 7 factories located around Campbellfield, Victoria, using a cellular manufacturing format with most work done in-house. All caravan furniture, chassis, and awnings are made on-site, giving Network RV total control of supply chains. The in-house CNC furniture manufacturing capability was the foundation of the business and remains a key differentiator.
Market Position
Network RV and its sub-brands cover a broad range of the Australian caravan market. Network RV Caravans targets the mid-to-premium segment, Victory and NextGen offer different configurations and price points, and Vancraft is specifically engineered for off-road adventures. The multi-brand approach means they compete across several segments simultaneously.
