Brothers Frank and Karl Prosenik founded Supreme Caravans in 1986 in an old shed on Sydney Road, Fawkner, Victoria. The brothers had migrated with their parents to Australia from Slovenia in 1967. Their first caravan (chassis number 0001), the Getaway, was built in those modest headquarters before the company moved five years later.

Supreme was one of the first Australian manufacturers to fit off-road running gear to caravans, including independent suspension, 4WD tyres, and checkerplate protection, at a time when caravans were primarily designed for bitumen roads. Supreme has over 39 years of manufacturing experience.

Ownership & Structure

Supreme Caravans remains under the ownership of the Prosenik brothers, Frank and Karl. The company also manufactures caravans under the Leader Caravans brand, which offers a more budget-friendly range. Together, Supreme and Leader produce approximately 1,000 caravans annually.
