Salute Caravans is a family-run business based in Melbourne, founded by Fabio Bazzacco. Fabio’s background was in supplying caravan products to other manufacturers. After several years in the supply side, he decided to build and sell complete caravans, and that is how the family business started. With more than three decades of combined industry experience, the team builds around 100 units per year.

The company also operates Melbourne City Caravans as its retail arm, meaning customers deal directly with the people who design, build, and stand behind the product.

Salute Caravans is owned and operated by husband-and-wife duo Fabio and Cettina Bazzacco, alongside their brother/brother-in-law Joe Capodicasa. Fabio brings 25+ years of hands-on building and construction experience and oversees all design and manufacturing. The company also trades as Melbourne City Caravans for retail sales, keeping manufacturing and sales under one roof.

All Salute caravans are manufactured in Melbourne. Fabio personally oversees all aspects of design and manufacturing. The company maintains a small, long-serving team, which contributes to consistent build quality. Production is limited to around 100 units per year, reflecting the boutique approach. The Garrison model features high-performance suspension, reputable chassis, and quality appliances throughout.
